Role Overview:

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the execution of digital initiatives within the Digital Factory. This role ensures that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic objectives, while facilitating collaboration across business and technical teams. The Project Manager drives project success by managing resources, timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring successful delivery of digital products and solutions.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules, tracking progress against key milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, software developers, UI designers, and QA specialists, to ensure effective collaboration and execution.
• Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to address issues and keep projects on track.
• Facilitate project meetings, provide regular status updates, and prepare stakeholder reports to ensure transparency and alignment.
• Ensure that technical execution meets business requirements and strategic priorities.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring traceability of decisions and actions throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee budget management, tracking actual costs against planned budgets and ensuring financial control.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by facilitating retrospectives and supporting post-deployment activities.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in digital transformation or software development projects.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and risk management capabilities.
• Experience with project documentation and collaboration platforms.
