As Scrum Master, you will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of Content Orchestration and Social Media Management products.

Your tasks

• Acting as Scrum Master for the Content Orchestration team, facilitating Agile methodologies and promoting continuous improvement
• Coordinating and facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and workshops
• Ensuring the team has the necessary resources, tools, and support to deliver quality content on time
• Fostering a culture of transparency, trust, and accountability within the tea
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop project plans, and execute them effectively
• Monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies
• Maintaining effective communication and strong relationships with stakeholders
• Co-creating and executing a change management and adoption plan
  
  

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master
• Performing the role of Scrum Master in at least three IT projects
• Professional Scrum Master - Certificate or equivalent
• Highly developed interpersonal and organizational skills, in particular, the ability to plan, define goals, and achieve them
• Good organization of own and teamwork, with practical knowledge of tools like Confluence and JIRA
• Fluency in English
• Preferred previous experience as a Project Manager, Change Manager, Product Owner, or a technical background
