Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team and lead multiple IT projects across a variety of domains. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery across multiple initiatives.
• Develop project plans, manage resources, and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and mitigate risks to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams across various departments and locations.
• Oversee project documentation, including status reports, project timelines, and risk assessments.
• Manage client communications, providing regular updates and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Identify process improvements and recommend strategies to enhance project efficiency and quality.
• Ensure all projects comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on IT projects, SaaS, Salesforce, and Oracle would be great.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale, cross-functional projects from initiation to completion.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; additional language skills are a plus.
• Ability to work independently and remotely while managing teams effectively.
• Experience in Eastern Europe or with international teams is preferred.
