Job Overview:
The purpose of this role is to lead the management of security-related data, reporting, MIS dashboards, and KPI tracking to strengthen decision-making, compliance, and risk management. The role delivers insights and benchmarks that support strategic, data-driven decisions across the Physical Security unit and its international entities, ensuring consistent performance improvement and operational alignment.

Job Overview:
The purpose of this role is to lead the management of security-related data, reporting, MIS dashboards, and KPI tracking to strengthen decision-making, compliance, and risk management. The role delivers insights and benchmarks that support strategic, data-driven decisions across the Physical Security unit and its international entities, ensuring consistent performance improvement and operational alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, validate, and merge security-related data from multiple sources and international entities. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across all reporting platforms.
- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve security performance dashboards, MIS reports, and KPIs. Ensure timely and reliable data visualization for leadership and operational teams.
- Conduct in-depth analysis to identify performance trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. Translate complex data into actionable insights that support informed decision-making.
- Benchmark ENBD’s physical security performance against international and industry standards. Identify best practices and improvement areas to strengthen the unit’s global position.
- Coordinate with international teams to align reporting, performance measurement, and standards. Support their performance tracking and dashboard requirements.
- Track and analyze financial data related to the Physical Security unit, including budget utilization and contract expenditures. Provide reports that support cost efficiency and planning.
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in; Business Administration, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Security Related Qualifications.
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or performance management, preferably within security, banking, or risk management functions.
- Experience with dashboard tools (Power BI, Tableau, Advanced Excel), data visualization, and MIS reporting.
- Exposure to security operations, risk assessment, or compliance reporting is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Power BI, Excel (advanced), and other data visualization or reporting tools.
- Knowledge of performance metrics in security preferred.
- Ability to interpret complex data and present actionable insights.
- Familiarity with global security trends and benchmarking best practices.
