What You’ll Do
- Analyze, design, and test process automations on the ServiceNow platform (development handled by our Global Competence Center).
- Design and test integrations between ServiceNow (cloud) and other apps (on-prem/cloud) alongside the API Gateway team.
- Translate business needs into practical, value-driven technical designs.
- Tackle complex incidents and keep operations running smoothly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring solutions to life.
- Focus on analysis, design, and problem-solving—no scripting or programming required.
Who You Are
- At least 5 years of solid ServiceNow experience. ✅
- Strong analytical skills and technical understanding.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- Curious about IT infrastructure and eager to keep learning.
- Pragmatic and solution-oriented, always aiming for fit-for-purpose results.
- Comfortable with JavaScript fundamentals or another programming language to understand technical concepts.
