  • Drive architectural decisions, evaluate emerging technologies, and influence tech strategy across teams.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to shape solution design, assess technical feasibility, and define long-term direction.
  • Lead engineers using modern practices: microservices, cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), CI/CD, DevOps, automation, and secure coding.
  • Strong understanding of financial-sector requirements: security, compliance, data governance, resilience, and performance.
  • Translate business objectives into actionable technical roadmaps aligned with product and architecture.
  • Provide clear communication, coaching, and mentorship to elevate engineering capability and excellence.
  • Proven ability to deliver scalable, maintainable, audit-ready systems while fostering innovation.
