Scrum Master

Looking for a Scrum Master with 20+ years experience working on large/complex projects for one of our clients in Mississauga, Ontario. This is 3days/week hybrid role so if you would be interested please directly apply here.

• Previous experience with a JBoss modernization migration project.

• SAFE 6.0 certified. prod

• Ability to lead delivery for an application that interfaces with many other (e.g., 20) applications. Lead cross-team coordination for design reviews/approvals, financials, testing and deployment with the other application teams.

• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships.

• Drive on-time, on-budget delivery of all program commitments.

• Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders.

• Drive continuous improvement and Lean-Agile adoption.

• Foster collaboration, accountability, and team empowerment.

• Coach teams.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to conduct reviews/presentations on the project to executives.

• 5+ years working in wireless/retail business.

• Experience working on Security driven projects.

• PMP certification.
