The impact you will make

  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for the operations team, marketing team, support team, and customer experience team
  • Set up and maintain a reporting system with calculated key metrics
  • Collect, process, structure, and analyze data from internal systems
  • Create SQL queries for data extraction and research
  • Analyze hypotheses and the impact of changes/campaigns on key metrics
  • Create dashboards, charts, and other visualizations
  • Work with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
  • Provide analytical insights and prepare presentations
  • Work with cohorts, forecasting models, and scenario analysis
  • Analyze funnels, conversions, churn, and user life cycles
  • Form requirements for data structuring and improve tracking processes
  • Retrieve data via API and analyze system logs

The skills we are looking for

  • 2+ years in a similar role
  • Experience creating reports, dashboards, and SQL queries
  • Ability to produce analytical conclusions and recommendations
  • Strong knowledge of SQL (JOIN, GROUP BY, subqueries, window functions)
  • Understanding of database structures and complex data schemas
  • Experience working with BI systems (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Metabase)
  • Ability to build intuitive dashboards and visualizations
  • Query optimization and work with large datasets
  • Processing of raw data and its preparation for analysis
  • Knowledge of basic statistical methods
  • Understanding of A/B testing and cohort analysis
  • Data integration and reporting automation
  • Preferred: Knowledge of Python or R (pandas, numpy, matplotlib)
  • Preferred: Knowledge of GA, GTM, Firebase, Amplitude
