Oliver Bernard have partnered with a cutting-edge AI research company in London that is looking to add a talented AI Research Engineer to their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on advanced ML systems and contribute directly to the development of next-generation AI capabilities.

The Role

• Designing and trialing advanced approaches to context handling, model refinement, and intelligent workflow construction, powering everything from UI generation to code creation.
• Running targeted experiments and A/B evaluations to push generation quality and reliability.
• Turning breakthrough ideas into real, dependable systems, ensuring new research makes it smoothly into production.

Key Requirements

• Hands-on experience working with LLMs
• Strong programming skills in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Proven experience in applied ML, research engineering or related fields.
