A leading consulting firm is delivering cutting-edge digital solutions for a global enterprise client in the mining and industrial sector. As part of this initiative, they are seeking a talented UI/UX Engineer to join the Connect Insight Team within the HCM Digital Solutions Division. This team is focused on transforming complex analytics into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that empower decision-making and operational efficiency.

Your new role

As a UI/UX Engineer, you will be a subject-matter expert in designing and implementing user interfaces for data-driven applications and analytics visualisations. You'll define and evolve a UI/UX strategy for delivering insights through Grafana dashboards and plugins, working closely with data scientists, engineers, and product managers. Your work will bridge the gap between technical data outputs and user-centric visual storytelling, contributing to a scalable and repeatable design framework across the HCM Digital Solutions ecosystem.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience designing UIs for analytics, IoT, or data-heavy applications
• Hands-on experience with Grafana or similar, including dashboard creation and plugin development
• Strong front-end development skills in React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
• Familiarity with modern front-end workflows (Webpack, npm)
• Proficiency in UX tools such as Figma or Miro for wireframing and prototyping
• Understanding of data visualisation principles and human-centered design
• Experience with micro-frontends and collaborative development environments
• Exposure to cloud platforms e.g. AWS, Snowflake (APIs are a plus)
