We Are Hiring: Platform Engineer (Kubernetes | Azure | Terraform)

We are currently looking for a Platform Engineer to support one of our clients, a rapidly growing international tech company. You will join their Product Platform Solutions Operations team, ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of their global platforms. This role offers the opportunity to work on modern infrastructure challenges and contribute to their transition toward a cloud-first organization.
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and manage environments and microservices (Kubernetes, Azure Cloud, and on-prem).
- Implement automation using Terraform, Ansible, and GitOps practices.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain production environments using tools such as OpsGenie, Prometheus, Grafana, FluentBit, and Loki.
- Provide technical support and consulting to customers and internal teams.
- Modernize legacy components into scalable, cloud-native architectures.
- Collaborate and share knowledge within a global engineering team.
About the Team
You will join a close-knit Platform Operations team within a global organization. The team collaborates across multiple time zones and works together to build and maintain the core infrastructure behind the company’s solutions. The work is challenging, but the environment is supportive and collaborative.
Profile We Are Looking For
You do not need to meet every requirement to apply, but the ideal candidate will have:
- Strong experience with Kubernetes, Helm, and at least one major cloud provider (Azure, AWS, etc.).
- Solid understanding of Linux systems and command-line operations.
- Experience with databases such as Oracle and/or MS SQL.
- Basic networking knowledge (DNS, Firewalls, etc.).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain infrastructure concepts to varied audiences.
- Customer-oriented and comfortable solving issues directly with stakeholders.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to support colleagues.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.
Nice to Have:
Ansible, Podman/Docker, JBoss, Postgres, Flux, reverse proxies, Kafka, CI pipelines, HVR, microservice deployments, advanced Kubernetes concepts (operators), Jira and Confluence experience.
