🔍 Network & Telecom Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Network & Telecom Engineer to join our Infrastructure team for a long-term assignment in Brussels.

📍 Brussels | Start date : ASAP

🕘 Full-time | 🏠 50% remote

🌍 Native French or Dutch + English

🎯 Role Overview

You will be responsible for the operation, optimization, security, and reliability of the network and telecom infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments. You will also contribute to modernization, automation, and security initiatives.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize network infrastructure (routers, switches, VLANs, Meraki SD-WAN, WiFi).
• Provide 3rd level support and resolve complex incidents.
• Implement network monitoring, automation, and capacity management.
• Ensure secure connectivity between on-premises and cloud environments (Azure).
• Participate in migration and modernization projects.
• Manage telecom and unified communications solutions (VoIP, MS Teams, Webex, Polycom).
• Document solutions and collaborate with internal teams and partners.

✅ Required Experience & Skills

• 5+ years in Network & Telecom Engineering.
• Strong expertise in Cisco technologies (Switching, Routing, WiFi, ASA, ISE, Meraki).
• Solid knowledge of LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, VPN (Site-to-Site, AnyConnect).
• Experience with Azure, AWS, and hybrid environments.
• Strong understanding of network security and risk management.
