Chief Information Security Officer

The company is a fast-growing fintech / digital assets platform operating in a highly regulated environment, building a Crypto-as-a-Service (CaaS) solution for financial institutions.

The platform is rebuilt from scratch and supported by a large, international engineering organization.

As CISO, you own the global information security and GRC strategy. You'll define policies, controls, and risk priorities, while Engineering and Infra teams handle implementation.

You act as a key advisor to Executive Management and the Board on cyber risk and regulatory matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead the Information Security & GRC strategy
• Own security governance, policies, risk management, and reporting
• Conduct risk assessments, audits, and compliance gap analyses
• Manage third-party security and regulatory interactions
• Oversee incident response and post-incident reviews
• Advise leadership on cyber risk, regulation, and security investments

Profile

• 10+ years in information security, including leadership roles
• Strong GRC / risk / compliance background in regulated environments (fintech, banking, digital assets)
• Good understanding of critical application and fund flows (custody, asset movements, etc.)
• Pragmatic, business-oriented, comfortable in mid-sized, fast-moving organizations
• Able to engage with executives, regulators, and technical teams
• English speaking

• Full remote from France

💰 Compensation :up to 120k€ + stocks
