About the RoleThis is an internal position with Next Match LLC (NextMatch AI).
We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer to help design clean, user-focused experiences for our own platform (candidate flows, employer dashboards, analytics, marketing pages). You’ll turn ideas into intuitive flows, interfaces, and design systems that are ready for development.
Responsibilities- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to refine requirements
- Conduct or support user research and usability testing
- Build and maintain design systems and component libraries
- Ensure designs are practical, accessible, and implementable
- 2–5+ years in UI/UX or Product Design
- Strong portfolio showcasing web and/or mobile app designs
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools
- Solid understanding of responsive design and accessibility basics
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working remotely
- Based in Canada and able to work standard North American hours
