📍 Oslo / Bergen / Remote

💰 Salary: ca. 975 000–1 075 000 NOK

🌍 Why this role matters

At Aidn, we’re building digital solutions that help healthcare professionals and municipalities work smarter, safer, and with more confidence. Great technology is essential, but it only truly works when it’s intuitive, trustworthy, and designed around real user needs.

That’s where Product Designers come in.

We’re now hiring two Senior Product Designers to strengthen different parts of our product.

Both roles are critical to making sure Aidn’s products are not just powerful, but also clear, accessible, and a pleasure to use across the entire healthcare value chain.

🔧 What You’ll Be Working On

As a Senior Product Designer at Aidn, you’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers in cross-functional teams. You’ll own design challenges end-to-end, from discovery to delivery and help ensure design decisions are grounded in user insight, data, and business goals.

Depending on your product area, this includes:

  • Designing complex flows related to municipal healthcare and services.
  • Turning data into clear, understandable, and decision-supporting interfaces.
  • Working with information-heavy views where accuracy, clarity, and accessibility are critical.
  • Create user-centred, accessible designs aligned with Aidn’s design system and product principles.
  • Conduct and use qualitative and quantitative user research to inform decisions.
  • Prototype, test, iterate, and collaborate closely with engineers to bring designs to life.
  • Contribute to consistency, scalability, and continuous improvement of the overall product experience.
  • Communicate design decisions clearly and proactively across teams.

🤝 Who You Are

You’re an experienced designer who enjoys solving real problems, and who’s comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with others.

You likely have:

  • 6+ years of experience in product, UX, UI, service or digital design (or equivalent).
  • Experience working in modern product development teams with product managers and engineers.
  • Strong user-centered design skills, including research, testing, and iteration.
  • Experience designing complex flows and communicating complexity in simple ways.
  • Solid proficiency in tools like Figma/FigJam and comfort using data to evaluate impact.
  • Have already started incorporating AI tools into your design workflow (for example Figma Make, Lovable).
  • Fluency in Norwegian and English, and experience working with remote teams.

Experience from healthcare or the public sector is a plus for both roles, but not required.

Personally, you’re:

  • Self-driven and proactive
  • Empathetic and user-focused
  • Comfortable taking ownership and responsibility
  • Pragmatic, positive, and solution-oriented
