We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to lead and support Agile delivery teams working on large-scale, mission-critical solutions in the field of Air Traffic Management. Our client’s systems enable air traffic controllers worldwide to ensure the highest levels of safety, both on the ground and in the skies. This is a hybrid role with an expected presence at our client office in Bucharest  (3 days per week).

Responsibilities

• Facilitate regular Scrum meetings (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives);
• Support teams in applying Scrum and Agile practices in their day-to-day work;
• Help remove blockers and support teams in improving how they deliver;
• Encourage open communication and collaboration within the team and across teams;
• Follow team progress and help identify improvement opportunities;
• Ensure Agile practices align with existing processes and quality requirements of safety-critical projects.

Requirements

• 5 years + experience as a Scrum Master with strong delivery track record;
• Solid technical background (QA, development, DevOps, engineering) to understand the project;
• Experience in regulated and process-driven environments (e.g., aerospace, defense, ATM, railway, safety-critical);
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and communication skills;
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and large distributed teams;
• Familiarity with Agile tools (e.g., Jira) and Agile metrics tracking;
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Nice to Have

• Scrum or Agile certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe SM/PO)
