We are seeking UI/UX Designer that is passionate about brands and eager to help grow a new agency model for İzmir and İstanbul Offices;

Required Qualifications:

• Varying levels of related design experience,
• Well-rounded knowledge of design principles and techniques,
• Strong understanding of user-centered design methodologies, usability principles, and research techniques,
• Ability to conduct and analyze user research, including usability testing, surveys, and interviews,
• Experience in creating user personas, customer journeys, wireframes, and prototypes,
• Curiosity for emerging technology/design trends, tools, and methods,
• Cross-platform web & mobile design experience (iOS, Android, etc.),
• Proficiency in a variety of design and prototyping tools like Figma, Adobe Illustrator,
• Experience in producing “pixel perfect” design files and prototypes,
• Experience in creating and maintaining design systems,
• Ability to translate complex problems into intuitive, user-friendly solutions,
• Strong collaboration skills with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of design solutions.

Role, You'll Play:

• Act as the contributing designer on projects, presenting work across the design and development teams – with oversight from others on the Design team,
• Create designs that are on-brand for our clients and follow a project’s creative vision and business strategy while putting the user first,
• Collaborate with other groups like developers, engagement managers, UX and UI designers to deliver high-quality creative works for design projects,
• Provide constructive direction alongside your fellow designers,
• Work on projects of varying length and complexity,
• Contribute to improvements in our creative process and capabilities.
