Role Overview
Centelon is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the Dayforce Payroll, Time & Attendance, and Rostering implementation. This role will replace the current BA supporting the customer side of the program and will work closely with Payroll, HR, Operations, and the implementation partner.
The focus is on process clarity, decision support, and ensuring business readiness across HR, payroll, and workforce management.
Key Responsibilities
Process Analysis & Documentation
- Review and update the TO-BE processes across HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, and Rostering
- Maintain clear process documentation aligned to Dayforce capabilities
- Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and areas requiring business decisions
- Support rationalisation initiatives such as pay runs, pay codes, org structures, and attendance rules
Business Decision Support
- Support stakeholders in clarifying and documenting key payroll and workforce decisions
- Prepare decision papers, options, impacts, and considerations for leadership
- Track open decisions, owners, and dependencies
Stakeholder Engagement
- Work with Payroll, HR, Operations, and Program stakeholders to validate requirements and processes
- Act as a bridge between business users and the Dayforce implementation team
- Ensure business intent is clearly translated into system design inputs
UAT & Readiness Support (Optional but Desirable)
- Support UAT preparation including scenarios, test cases, and data validation
- Assist business users during testing by clarifying expected outcomes
- Help triage defects and distinguish configuration issues from process gaps
Required Skills & Experience
Essential
- Strong Business Analysis experience in HR, Payroll, and Workforce Management domains
- Hands-on experience with payroll concepts including pay runs, pay codes, leave, awards, and compliance
- Experience documenting end-to-end business processes and operating models
- Ability to work with senior stakeholders and drive clarity where requirements are ambiguous
Highly Desirable
- Experience with Dayforce Payroll and/or Dayforce Time & Attendance
- Exposure to large-scale HR or payroll transformation programs
- Experience working with complex, multi-entity organisations
