Mission Context

The Mobile Support team operates within an Infrastructure & Operations environment and is responsible for managing and supporting mobile solutions used by field and office staff.

Main Responsibilities

• Ensure continuity of operations (Keep IT Running – KIR)
• Ticket management and end-user support (Level 1 & Level 2)
• Handle and follow up on business requests
• Coordinate cases across IT and business stakeholders
• Liaise with hardware, software, and service providers (support tickets, repairs, technology monitoring)
• Proactively monitor systems to anticipate incidents
• Produce reports and KPIs
• Maintain and update asset inventories (Asset Management)
• Create, update, and maintain operational procedures
• Administer and technically manage the mobile fleet via MDM, ensuring data accuracy
• Stage and pre-configure mobile devices (Windows 11)
• Provide on-site support when required
• Support environments using Android and Apple devices
• Use Intune for device and policy management
• Develop and maintain scripts (PowerShell)

Required Experience & Skills

Technical Skills

• Proven experience as a Support Engineer in an ICT infrastructure environment
• Strong experience with staging, imaging, and deployment of mobile devices (Windows 11)
• Solid knowledge of MDM solutions
• Good understanding of mobile technologies (iOS & Android)
• Experience with Level 1 and Level 2 end-user support
• Experience in large corporate environments (2,000+ users)
• Experience with Intune
• Experience with scripting (PowerShell)
• Experience with SAP is a strong plus

• French: fluent / native level (C2)
