Ecommerce Specialist – Fashion & Retail | Dublin (Hybrid)

We’re partnering with a high-growth Irish fashion & lifestyle brand to hire an Ecommerce Specialist to take ownership of their day-to-day online trading and website operations.

This role is ideal for someone who loves working with Shopify, enjoys fast-paced retail environments, and wants real responsibility across site management, merchandising, and performance.

The Opportunity

You’ll play a key role in driving online sales by ensuring the website is up-to-date, visually strong, and optimised for conversion. You'll work closely with marketing, product, operations, and creative teams to support product drops, campaigns, and ongoing growth.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll have a direct impact on trading performance and the overall customer experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing daily Shopify operations: product uploads, content updates, site checks and troubleshooting
• Updating homepage, navigation, collections and campaign assets
• Monitoring key ecommerce metrics (traffic, conversion, AOV, revenue) and identifying trading opportunities
• Supporting promotional activity and seasonal launches
• Partnering with operations on stock visibility and availability
• Working with external developers on UX/UI improvements
• Contributing to CRO activity including testing and user-journey enhancements
• Collaborating with marketing on SEO, content planning, and brand alignment across the site

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years’ experience in ecommerce or digital trading roles
• Strong hands-on Shopify experience (Shopify Plus ideal)
• Comfortable working in fast-moving retail environments – fashion/apparel a strong advantage
• A solid understanding of UX principles and ecommerce best practices
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using GA4, Looker Studio and Excel
• Creative, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and pace
• Passionate about ecommerce, customer experience, and digital retail trends
