Senior Project Manager

ersg is searching for a Senior Project Manager with experience of managing Hyperscale Data Centre projects (Budgets in excess of USD200m).

In this role, you will be handling:

• Onsite management - Assessing progress and ensuring safe work practices
• Coordinate with the client team, consultant team and the contractor on all snagging activities, including the schedule and partner engagement
• Identification of issues proactively and work with the team to resolve effectively
• Implementing and monitor key project processes, partnering with the client to make improvements and revisions
• Leading and attending key meetings to monitor progress, actively collaborate on solving problems and communicate impacts to partners
• Implementation of project procedures and using reasonable endeavours to ensure that this procedure is always observed

Applicants should have a degree in Engineering, Construction Management, and be Electrically-biased. An appreciation of CSA and MEP systems, as well as vendor management.
