Shop Circle, a fast-growing AI-driven B2B software holding on a mission to power the digital infrastructure of modern enterprises, is looking for a Director of AI Enablement to lead the company-wide adoption and integration of AI-powered tools.

💸 Salary range: €80K–€100K

📚 Experience: 8-15 Yr

📌 Work mode: Hybrid Milan

💻 Technologies: LLM frameworks, Automation tools, Data & analytics, Cloud & MLOps

👉 Take ownership of project profitability and ensure measurable financial and operational impact. 👉 Play a key role in driving company growth - meeting with investors and supporting new acquisitions.

You’re the right fit if:

✅ You have 8–15 years of experience in solutions, product, or technical consulting, ideally with a focus on AI or automation.

✅ You combine business acumen with data-driven decision-making.

✅ You communicate effectively across tech and business audiences.

✅ You’re fluent in both Italian and English.

✈️ Willingness to travel 1–2 times per month is a must.
