Software Engineer

We’re thrilled to announce that Mikael Hilton, Philip Friberg, Anders Bursjöö, Andreas Wänqvist, and Adam Rosenqvist are forming a brand-new team within the Voyado Engage Product Organisation and they’re now looking for a Software Engineer to join the journey.

About The Role

As a Software Engineer in this new team, you’ll help design and build features for Voyado’s Onsite Experience tools which is the parts the platform that help our customers increase loyalty, personalization and conversion in real time on their e-commerce site.

You’ll also play a key role in launching Voyado’s Ratings & Reviews product, architecting the backend services that power fast, secure, and scalable customer feedback experiences.

The team will work closely together to bring these ideas to life - from early prototypes and testing to building intuitive, high-performing solutions that integrate seamlessly into the Voyado platform. You and the team will be working greenfield and set the technical direction together. You’ll take part in architectural discussions and build scalable, high-performing services from the ground up.

Some things you'll be up to:

• Designing and developing brand-new services for Voyado Engage’s on-site capabilities.
• Working in a modern, cloud-native environment – no legacy code, just clean architecture.
• Building scalable and data-driven features with a focus on performance, usability, and maintainability.
• Collaborating across disciplines to ensure seamless integration into the Voyado ecosystem.
• Helping define and implement engineering best practices and setting technical standards for the new area.
  
  

Who are you?

You’re a curious and driven engineer with a few years of experience (around 3-5+ years) who loves creating things from scratch. You enjoy solving complex problems, discussing ideas and turning vision into code that makes a difference. We also believe you're comfortable in full-stack development, with a strong backend foundation and an interest in how frontend and data layers come together to create seamless experiences.

You likely have experience with some of these:

• .NET, C#, TypeScript, or similar modern languages
• Building and integrating cloud-based services.
• Working with APIs, event-driven architectures, or data-enriched applications
• A mindset for collaboration, clean code, and continuous learning
• Curiosity for AI, analytics, and data-powered features.
