About The Role:

We are building a next-generation B2B procurement marketplace across UAE & KSA — a multi-category, multi-billion-dollar opportunity. As a Product Designer, you will play a foundational role in shaping how businesses discover, evaluate, and procure essentials at scale. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to design intuitive, scalable workflows for complex B2B use cases.

This is a true 0→1 role, where clarity of thinking matters more than polish, and design decisions directly influence adoption, conversion, and operational efficiency.

What You’ll Do

• Design end-to-end user journeys across web and app for B2B buyers, approvers, and finance users
• Translate complex B2B workflows (bulk ordering, RFQs, credit, approvals, invoices) into simple, intuitive experiences
• Work closely with Product Managers to shape problem statements, assumptions, and MVP scope
• Create wireframes, flows, and high-fidelity designs aligned with noon’s existing design language and UX principles
• Use customer insights, data, and usability feedback to iterate quickly and improve core workflows
• Balance speed, scalability, and usability while designing for multiple customer segments and geographies

Qualifications

• 3-8 years of experience as a Product Designer (consumer or B2B)
• Experience designing complex workflows or marketplace / SaaS products is a strong plus
• Strong foundation in UX thinking, interaction design, and visual design
• Proficiency with design tools (Figma or equivalent)
• Ability to collaborate closely with Product and Engineering in fast-moving environments
• Comfortable operating with minimal structure and high ownership
