Key Responsibilities

  • Advanced Reporting: Design and maintain complex MIS reports (DWM) using advanced logic, ensuring data translates into actionable business intelligence.
  • Visualization & Storytelling: Create intuitive dashboards and visual representations of data (using Excel or BI tools) to help non-technical stakeholders understand the numbers at a glance.
  • Process Automation: Proactively identify repetitive manual tasks and minimize turnaround time using Macros/VBA or advanced formula logic.
  • Data Integrity & Management: Act as the gatekeeper of data quality, performing deep-dive reconciliation and validation before publishing numbers.

Required Skills

  • Strong proficiency in SQL .
  • Advanced Excel (Pivot tables, charts, formulas, etc.).
  • Experience with BI/Visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work with large datasets and derive actionable insights.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field.
  • Experience in MIS reporting, dashboard creation, or business analytics.
  • Knowledge of Python/R (optional but good to have).
