We are looking for a Product Analyst (2–4 years experience) to support product teams with data-driven insights. The role will involve analyzing customer journeys, product funnels, and CRM performance to identify opportunities for improving user experience and business outcomes.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable extracting data independently, performing structured analysis, and translating data into actionable insights for product teams .
Key Responsibilities
Data Extraction & Analysis
- Extract and analyze data from internal databases using SQL to support product decision-making.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis on customer funnels, product journeys, and post-transaction behavior.
- Work with large datasets across internal data warehouses.
- Analyze user funnels, drop-offs, and behavioral patterns to identify improvement opportunities.
- Evaluate the performance of CRM campaigns and lifecycle communication .
- Generate insights to improve user engagement, conversion, and retention metrics .
- Support analysis of product experiments and feature launches .
- Measure the impact of product changes using data from internal experimentation frameworks.
- Provide structured insights to product managers to guide future product iterations.
- Build structured analysis and reports using Excel / Google Sheets .
- Present insights clearly using data visualizations, pivot tables, and dashboards where needed.
- Collaborate with central BI teams when deeper dashboarding is required.
- Work closely with product managers, engineering, and business teams to understand analytical requirements.
- Translate business questions into analytical queries and measurable metrics .
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and transformation.
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, data manipulation, formulas).
- Strong analytical thinking and structured problem solving .
- Ability to convert business problems into analytical frameworks .
- Experience with Python for data analysis .
- Exposure to product analytics, funnels, cohort analysis, or CRM analytics .
- Experience working with experimentation or A/B testing analysis .
- Exposure to BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker .
- 2–4 years of experience in Product Analytics, Data Analytics, or a similar role.
- Experience working with product, growth, or CRM teams is preferred.
