UX/UI Designer - Hybrid - London - £50,000 - £55,000 pa

Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Senior UX/ UI Designer to join their team. We are looking for a creative, detail driven UX /UI Designer to help shape seamless, user-centred digital experiences across multiple consumer facing websites.

You’ll have the opportunity to work on complex, high traffic eCommerce platforms used by millions of customers across Europe.

Responsibilities:

• Design, prototype and validate user journey across multiple brands and markets
• Create wireframes, prototypes and polished UI Designs in Figma
• Conduct user research, interviews and usability testing to understand user behaviour and needs
• Champion UX best practises across the full product lifecycle
• Collaborate with product and development teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals and user experience. Ensure designs are technically feasible and adhere to brand guidelines
• Use AI powered tools to accelerate research, ideation and validation

Experience:

• Proven experience in UX /UI design, with a strong commercial eCommerce portfolio
• Strong Figma skills including components and prototyping, experience with Hotjar and GA4
• Proven experience optimising user journeys and improving KPI’s
• An understanding of HTML, CSS and front end frameworks (ideally next.js)
• Solid understanding of user-centred design principles and best practices
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment, utilising tools such as Jira, ClickUp or Asana
