NetNordic’s SOC service provides comprehensive, real-time security monitoring and management, combining expert knowledge with advanced technology. The SOC monitors infrastructure, cloud services, and third-party systems, and it is ISO 27001 certified, ensuring a high level of information security and continuous readiness to respond to threats.
Your Responsibilities
As a Junior Security Analyst in the SOC, you will be responsible for analyzing, handling, and escalating security incidents. You will use multiple tools in your work, with SIEM systems playing a central role. You will monitor our customers cybersecurity posture and respond to anomalies when required. You will maintain situational awareness of cybersecurity threats and report on new findings, trends, and attacks.
If you do not yet have experience working in a SOC or a similar environment don't worry! As a Junior Security Analyst you will receive comprehensive training provided by NetNordic. The training through SOC Academy program is tailored to your skill level and takes place during working hours at the beginning of your employment.
After the training period, you will transition into shift work or 24/7 rotating shifts. In this role, shift work readiness is a necessity.
Location: Turku, Finland (no remote work possibilities)
Type: Full-time, permanent employment

- A relevant degree in IT or a related field
- Strong teamwork skills
- Good communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset

- Willingness to work in shifts (day and night)
- Good verbal and written skills in Finnish and English
