Senior AI/ML Engineer

What Success Looks Like In This Role

• Works closely with Engineering teams and colleagues, helping them build product features based on AI / ML models.
• Acts solution-driven in the creation of feature / solutions within the team
• Contributes to the definition of code and ML quality standards and ensures consistent tracking.
• Recommends new / emerging technologies and best practices, looking for ways to enhance product / project effectiveness and strengthen overall AI / ML processes.
• Keeps up to date with advanced technologies looking for ways to adapt and apply within Unisys.
• Leads design discussions regarding key elements of new and existing AI / ML services.
• Holds accountability for assigned project or sub-projects.
• Connects AI / ML technology with Unisys and clients’ business goals to solve real-life problems.
  
  

You will be successful in this role if you have:

• At least 4 years of experience in software engineering/machine learning projects
• 2+ years experience implementing LLM-based (or similar) solutions in production
• Experience working with Python and its machine learning libraries
• Experience working with Spark or other distributed computations framework
• Experience mentoring other Machine Learning team members
• Algorithm, data / ml pipeline and data structure knowledge
• Ability to grasp new technologies very quickly
• Ability to work effectively and independently as well as part of a team
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally in English

Salary: up to 80.000 € gross annually based on competencies and skills
