What you’ll be doing
- Assisting in managing the entire recruitment and selection cycle for IT positions, from gathering profile requirements with hiring managers to supporting candidate onboarding.
- Learning and assisting with sourcing (hunting) talent through various platforms (LinkedIn, databases, social media, etc.).
- Helping with CV screening and supporting technical interviews to assess candidate skills.
- Assisting in preparing qualified candidate shortlists for managers.
- Collaborating on the development and maintenance of an IT talent pipeline.
- Working closely with the HR team and managers to learn and optimize recruitment processes.
What you will need to succeed
- Higher education in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Computer Science, or a relevant field.
- 1-3 years previous experience as an IT Talent Acquisition
- Passion for recruitment and for the world of technology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Results-oriented and capable of meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in English (oral and written).
- Availability to work in a hybrid model (on-site and remote) based in Lisbon.
