What you’ll be doing

• Assisting in managing the entire recruitment and selection cycle for IT positions, from gathering profile requirements with hiring managers to supporting candidate onboarding.
• Learning and assisting with sourcing (hunting) talent through various platforms (LinkedIn, databases, social media, etc.).
• Helping with CV screening and supporting technical interviews to assess candidate skills.
• Assisting in preparing qualified candidate shortlists for managers.
• Collaborating on the development and maintenance of an IT talent pipeline.
• Working closely with the HR team and managers to learn and optimize recruitment processes.

What you will need to succeed

• Higher education in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Computer Science, or a relevant field.
• 1-3 years previous experience as an IT Talent Acquisition
• Passion for recruitment and for the world of technology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Results-oriented and capable of meeting deadlines.
• Proficiency in English (oral and written).
• Availability to work in a hybrid model (on-site and remote) based in Lisbon.
