Attention to detail, an appreciation for high-quality, maintainable code with a solid understanding of responsive design, web accessibility and performance optimization are critical. You will play a key role in bridging the gap between design and development to ensure that our products provide exceptional user experiences.

We are seeking a front-end developer with over three years of experience, specializing in crafting visually compelling and user-friendly designs. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern front-end frameworks like React or Svelte. A sharp focus on UX/UI design is essential, along with hands-on experience using tools such as Figma to collaborate effectively with designers and create intuitive, aesthetically appealing interfaces.

Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset are essential for fostering effective teamwork across disciplines. Experience working in an Agile environment is a plus, as is a passion for staying ahead of front-end trends and pushing the boundaries of digital innovation.

Responsibilities & What You’ll Do at Mighty: 

- Develop & designing responsive, high-performance front-end applications using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and frameworks like React or Svelte.

- Advocate for best practices in UX/UI design during the whole development process. 

- Collaborate with the team to transform designs into engaging, user-friendly digital experiences.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our design systems and front-end architecture.

- Stay on top of the latest trends in front-end development, UX/UI design and web technologies.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet both user and business needs.

Requirements:

- Over three years of experience in front-end development with strong proficiency in React and TypeScript.

- A solid understanding of UX/UI principles and experience working with design tools like Figma.

- Significant experience with responsive design, web accessibility, and performance optimization techniques.

- Familiarity with back-end technologies or frameworks (e.g., Django) is a plus.

- Experience with Agile development methodologies.

Soft Requirements:

- A proactive, solution-oriented approach to challenges with a focus on continuous improvement.

- Effective communication skills to facilitate seamless collaboration across disciplines.

- Strong teamwork skills, with experience in pair or mob programming environments.
