🌱 HR Generalist – Greenfield Project

🧭 About the Role

As HR Generalist you will play a key role in building and managing all people-related processes at site level, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations, HR administration, and performance management.

You will act as a trusted partner for management and employees, ensuring compliance with Romanian labor legislation while embedding group HR standards and values locally.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Manage all HR administration processes across the employee lifecycle, ensuring accurate SAP data and payroll-related information.
• Own the end-to-end recruitment process for the site, including workforce planning and headcount cost control.
• Monitor HR KPIs, personnel costs and reporting, providing insights and decision support to management.
• Support performance management, training and employee development initiatives.
• Act as a key HR partner for management and employees, fostering a positive work environment and strong company culture.

🔹 Essential Requirements

• Master’s degree preferred (HR Management, Management, Law, Psychology or related fields)
• 3–5 years of experience in an HR Generalist / HR Specialist role
• Strong knowledge of Romanian labor law and local labor market practices
• Fluent in English (German is a plus)
• Hands-on mindset, comfortable in both operational and strategic HR topics
• Genuine interest in building people processes from the ground up
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
• Experience working with HR systems, data, and reporting
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and resilient
• High integrity and professionalism
