Business Analyst

What Awaits You

• Analysis and elaboration of new requirements for the end customer configurator tool
• Close collaboration with the team colleagues and the customers during conception and story creation in an Agile working approach
• Improve the testability of requirements by supporting to write testable requirements and to define acceptance criteria
• Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies
• Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings
• Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports
• Developing project plans, and monitoring performance
  
  
  

What Should You Bring Along

• Bachelor's degree in Infromatics/Business Administration or similar field
• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects
• Advanced experience and knowledge regarding agile methodology
• Advanced experience with requirements analysis
• Advanced experience with conception and user story creation
• Experience in the Automotive industry is a plus
• Experience with projects with end-customer focus
• High analytical thinking skills and level of quality awareness (Detail-oriented without losing big picture)
• Self-motivated and a high willingness to learn
• Able to work independently and proactively
• Well-structured and organized working methodology
• Excellent English verbal and written skills
• German communication skills will be a plus
