Insight Global is seeking a Digital Product Manager to join our team for a Big 5 banking client. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product journeys and customer experiences for a digital loyalty program. Your responsibilities include managing stakeholder relationships, gathering technical requirements, and working closely with scrum masters and technical team members to ensure timely delivery of high-quality product features. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Business or IT, proven experience in a similar role, strong analytical and communication skills, and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
