Length: 6 Months (Potential Extension)

Rate: £550–£600 per day (Inside IR35)

Location: South West England (Hybrid – 2 days onsite)

We’re looking for an experienced Scrum Master contractor to join a Data Agile Release Train, working across one or two Scrum teams within an established ART. This is a hands-on role supporting data engineering, platforms, and analytics delivery in a large-scale agile environment.

Key requirements:

• Proven Scrum Master experience in data-focused teams
• Hands-on delivery within a SAFe / ART setup
• Financial services experience would be preferred.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and impediment removal skills
• Experience working in complex, enterprise environments

Desirable:

SAFe SSM / CSM / PSM certification and experience with Jira or Azure DevOps.
