Nuage has partnered with a growing Melbourne-based digital agency that has secured a large-scale platform rebuild for an enterprise SaaS client. This is a long-term engagement focused on modernising and reimagining a complex, workflow-driven product used at scale.

We’re looking for candidates with mid to senior-level experience, ideally with a background in computer science or equivalent practical experience, who have worked on platform rebuilds or large-scale systems. You’ll be comfortable collaborating closely across product, design, and engineering teams, with strong communication skills and a clear ownership mindset when it comes to delivering high-quality outcomes.

We’re hiring across Backend, Frontend, and UX/UI, and are looking for professionals who enjoy working on end-to-end platform builds rather than greenfield marketing sites.

Open Roles:

Backend Engineers

• PHP (Symfony)
• Node.js
• GraphQL
• MySQL
• AWS (cloud-native services)
• Experience building APIs and backend services for large platforms

Frontend Engineers

• React
• Modern JavaScript / TypeScript
• GraphQL
• Strong experience working with designers and backend teams
• Experience building complex, data-heavy interfaces

UX / UI Designers

• Enterprise SaaS or platform UX experience
• Strong Figma skills (design systems, components, prototypes)
• Experience redesigning complex workflows and internal tools
• Comfortable working in agile, consulting-style environments
• ATS or HR-tech experience is a strong plus
