Role: Analyst (Data)

· We are seeking a recent graduate with 1-3 years' experience in data analytics or business operations.



Key Responsibilities

· Develop clear, data-driven insights and presentation materials using spreadsheet tools, BI platforms, CRM systems, and other analytics solutions

· Support go-to-market planning activities, including market segmentation, resource planning, sales territory design, and quota modelling

· Track KPIs and analyze performance data, translating insights into executive-ready reports and presentations

· Conduct ad-hoc analysis in response to requests from internal stakeholders and sales leadership

· Contribute to cross-functional initiatives across sales strategy, programs, and enablement teams



Experience

· Recent graduate in an analytical field such as engineering, computer science, finance, or a related discipline

· 1-3 years of experience in data analytics, business operations, or a similar role.

· Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SQL, Tableau, or similar tools is advantageous

· Strong analytical thinking combined with creative problem-solving skills

· Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
