Role: Associate Analyst

Location: Sydney

Contract Length: 21 months

• We are seeking postgraduates with 2-5 years commercial experience.

• Associate Program is designed to developed equip you with the skills, experience, and support needed to make an impact from day one.
• This isn't a graduate program, post grad experience of a minimum of 2 years is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Track KPIs and analyze performance data, translating insights into executive-ready reports and presentations
• Support go-to-market planning activities, including market segmentation, resource planning, sales territory design, and quota modelling
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis in response to requests from internal stakeholders and sales leadership
• Contribute to cross-functional initiatives across sales strategy, programs, and enablement teams

Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in data analytics, business operations, or sales strategy.
• Graduate in an analytical field such as engineering, computer science, finance, or a related discipline.
• Prior consultancy experinece would be considered a distrint advantage
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SQL, Tableau, or similar tools is advantageous
• Strong analytical thinking combined with creative problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
