Are you ready to take ownership of mission-critical network operations in a global enterprise environment? At Brillio, we’re looking for a Network Operations Engineer who will ensure the day-to-day availability and performance of our production network, covering WAN, LAN, Network Security, Cloud Internet Security Platforms, and Tools.
This is a hands-on technical role where you’ll collaborate with internal teams and external partners, lead major incident calls, and drive proactive service improvements. You’ll also play a key role in our network refresh project, deploying the latest standards into production.
What You’ll Do
- Troubleshoot and restore services across WAN, LAN, Network Security, and Cloud Internet Security platforms.
- Lead and participate in Major Incident calls, providing full root cause analysis for outages.
- Drive patch management and proactive service sustainability.
- Evaluate Managed Service Provider technical capabilities.
- Track availability and eliminate repeat incidents through technical solutions.
What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years in IT Operations and Technical Engineering roles.
- Expert knowledge of Carrier Services – SD-WAN (VeloCloud), WAN Circuits, MPLS, Point-to-Point.
- Strong experience with Cisco, Aruba, Infoblox networking infrastructure.
- Familiarity with Enterprise Wireless Network Services and Cloud Internet Security Platforms (e.g., Zscaler).
- Understanding of load balancers, firewalls, and monitoring tools like SolarWinds & Riverbed.
- Experience in a Global 24x7 support model.
- Professional certifications preferred.
