Description
HR factory is an international strategic partner in human resource management, with many years of experience in recruiting top-class professionals and management. The company operates in Lithuania, Estonia, and Germany. Our team is spread across Lithuania, with the main office located in Vilnius.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from interviewing to offer/close;
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand, define, and build recruitment strategies;
- Follow the agreed client recruitment process for recruitment delivery;
- Build and manage strong talent pipelines to hire top talent;
- Participate in intake calls and proactively resolve client issues;
- Work independently as well as collaborate with teammates, maintaining a "we can do" attitude.
Requirements
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment;
- Ability to keep a cool head and think clearly in challenging situations;
- Strong curiosity and willingness to broaden professional expertise;
- Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain professional client relationships;
- Proficient in MS Office;
- Good English language skills, both written and spoken.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in recruitment;
- Familiarity with LinkedIn;
- University degree in management, psychology, or a related field.

Salary: 780–3500 EUR/month NET, depending on your experience, competencies, and achieved bonuses.
