Background check
Umain conducts a background check for final candidates in accordance with our internal People Procedure (UIS‑007). The check is carried out only with your consent and is ordered by our CISO through our approved screening partner. The scope of the check depends on the role level. What You’ll Do
- Create valuable, beautiful, and implementable UX/UI design driven by data and research.
- Drive design deliveries independently or within cross-functional teams.
- Work with design systems to maintain consistency across platforms.
- Engage directly with stakeholders to align on project goals and outcomes.
- Foster a positive work environment and design culture by mentoring junior designers and sharing expertise.
- Take ownership of design processes, from brief to final delivery.
- 3+ years proven experience in digital product design, creating impactful user experiences with a strong UI focus and attention to detail.
- A solid portfolio demonstrating your craft.
- Skilled in Figma, with a solid understanding of creating and maintaining design systems.
- Strong experience in making your designs implementable and aligned with platform and developer needs.
- Able to clearly articulate design rationale, connecting decisions to user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
- Fluent in English, with good working proficiency in Swedish.
- Proactive: You take initiative and handle tasks independently.
- Solution-oriented: You tackle challenges with a positive, service-minded approach.
- Team player: You thrive in collaborative environments and value collective success.
- Impact-focused: You aim to create meaningful results beyond just high-quality work.
