We are looking for a MARKETING MANAGER to lead and support our growth from marketing perspective.

As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving effective marketing across the Steerprop Group, both in Finland and internationally. Working closely with the management team, you will develop the overall marketing strategy and ensure its successful implementation. Your key responsibilities include:

• Developing and refining the marketing strategy together with the management team
• Collaborating with colleagues in marketing, sales, and product development
• Implementing the marketing strategy across appropriate formats and channels, ensuring that we effectively reach our target audience and communicate the benefits of our products as well as differentiate from competitors
• Contributing to employer branding initiatives

In this role, you will report directly to the CEO, with your office located either in Rauma or Vantaa, Finland. Occasional trips to Rauma are required. However, we are looking for leading performance, not location, although the ability to travel is a necessity.

You are the person we are looking for if you hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, international business or other relevant field. You have experience and expertise in developing and implementing marketing strategies. Experience in executing marketing activities in digital channels is a necessity. International experience, as well as experience in the maritime industry, is considered as an advantage. Fluency in both spoken and written Finnish and English is essential for this role.
