We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to lead fit-for-purpose propulsion system projects on a global scale. In this role, you will be responsible for steering projects successfully from initiation to completion, ensuring them to be completed on time, within scope and budget. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, experience in managing cross-functional teams, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Key areas of responsibility:
- Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Developing detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, maintaining high levels of efficiency throughout all stages of the project
- Monitoring project progress and adjusting plans as needed to meet objectives
- Managing risks, issues, and changes to ensure project success
- Conducting regular status meetings and providing updates to management
- Collaborating closely with key stakeholders, including customers, sales, engineering, procurement, production, and suppliers, to ensure smooth project delivery
- Contributing to the development and improvement of project management practices as well as fostering a collaborative team environment
The skills and experience we value:
- Several years of experience in project management of multidiscipline delivery projects
- Experience in project scheduling, cost monitoring and reporting
- A proactive and organized working style, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, combined with a passion for continuous learning and professional development
- Strong collaboration, negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in both spoken and written English
- Technical education (e.g. engineering, bachelor’s/master’s degree or equivalent)
