Backend Engineer

.About the Role

We're seeking an exceptional backend engineer to build the core infrastructure powering HyperLink. You'll work on cutting-edge technologies including TEEs, Rust, smart contracts, and high-performance distributed systems running on Hyperliquid.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement high-performance backend services in Rust


• Build and optimize smart contracts for the HyperEVM


• Develop real-time trading infrastructure with sub-millisecond latency requirements


• Collaborate with a world-class team on protocol architecture and system design

What We're Looking For

• Strong proficiency in Rust and systems programming


• Exposure to high-throughput trading systems


• Experience with high-performance, low-latency systems

• Ability to work on complex distributed systems


• Passion for building robust, scalable infrastructure
