• This critical initiative is focused on the digitalization of lending-related documents and workflows across the Bank’s various services.
• Tasks include requirements elicitation, process analysis, drafting user stories, testing, and contributing to change management and training activities.

Location: Hybrid Working Luxembourg

🔑 Requirements & Key Competencies:

Functional & Methodological Requirements:

• Knowledge of document management systems (such as SharePoint) and user portals.
• Proficiency in Waterfall & Agile methodologies.
• Expertise in Process/Data Modelling using notations like BPMN, UML, and Conceptual Data Modeling.
• Experience with Change Management processes.

Technical & Sectoral Competencies:

• Proven competence in Business Analysis within large financial organizations (> 500 employees).
• Expertise in Document Automation & Workflow Management.
• Strong skills in Business Process Modelling.
• Experience in Testing IT Applications specifically within the financial sector.
• Competence in SQL or Business Intelligence (BI) tools (e.g., SAP BO, IBM Cognos, Lumira).
• English proficiency at C1 level (Mandatory).
• French proficiency at B2 level (Recommended).
