The ideal candidate will help build, maintain, and troubleshoot, the company's rapidly expanding IT/Aviation infrastructure and software. They will work alongside other engineers to ensure highest levels of performance and ability, and manage any problems that arise.


Responsibilities


  • As a New Graduate Talent Program participant in Human Resources, you will play a vital role in supporting HR functions and initiatives.
  • You will assist in talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to analyze and utilize HR analytics for decision-making and process improvement.
  • Participate in various talent management programs to enhance employee engagement and development.
  • Utilize HR systems and tools to manage employee data and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth HR operations.
  • Work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, contributing to the success of the HR department.
  • English proficiency is required to communicate effectively within an international team.


Qualifications and Skills

2025 Graduates or will graduate in June 2025 from universities with a related Bachelor’s degree (preferably Industrial Engineering,Economics,Mathematics,International relations,HR and other degree)

•Ability to work in a high-paced environment

High energy and a positive attitude with a teamwork mentality

Deadline and detail-oriented with the ability to handle a multi-faceted task list

Strong critical thinking, problem-solving and result oriented approach

•Good communication skills and good command of written and spoken English
