Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to drive the strategic development, delivery, and growth of our payment and digital products. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, this role will shape product vision, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure our solutions meet market needs, regulatory requirements, and business objectives across multiple regions. The role operates within a global, matrixed organisation and requires strong product leadership, agile delivery expertise, and stakeholder management capability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years’ experience in product management, atleast 3 years' within payments or Fintech in the UAE.
• Strong expertise in agile product management tools and frameworks (e.g. Jira).
• Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and experience driving user-centric product development.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with experience influencing senior leaders.
• Relevant certifications (e.g. CSPO, Agile, Product Management) are advantageous.
• People management experience is essential.
• Proactive, innovative, and commercially minded, with a collaborative, delivery-focused mindset.
