This role involves gathering, cleaning, and integrating data from diverse sources to ensure high data quality and conducting in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and root causes.

Responsibilities

• Gather, clean, and integrate data from diverse sources to ensure high data quality.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and root causes.
• Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable business recommendations.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations for various business units.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business challenges and deliver tailored insights.
• Present complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences, adapting communication style as needed.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation using data-driven approaches.
• Ensure data governance, accuracy, and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
• Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar insights-driven role.
• Experience in developing business insights and presenting to senior stakeholders is highly desirable.

Required Skills

• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis, data modeling, and predictive analytics.
• Experience with data tools and scripting languages (e.g., Python, R) preferred.
• Ability to work with large, complex datasets and extract meaningful insights.
