Our team values creativity, collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement.
We are seeking a UI/UX Graduate Designer to join our growing product and design team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career designer who is passionate about user-centred design and eager to learn in a real-world product environment.
You will work alongside experienced designers, developers, and product owners, contributing to both our company website and B2B SaaS platforms while developing your skills across UX research, UI design, prototyping, and design handoff.
- Assist in designing user-friendly interfaces for web and SaaS products
- Create wireframes, UI screens, prototypes, and user flows using Figma
- Support UX research activities such as usability testing, feedback collection, and basic user interviews
- Collaborate with developers and product owners to translate requirements into design solutions
- Help maintain and update design systems, components, and style guides
- Apply accessibility and usability best practices in your designs
- Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback into iterations
- Support documentation and handoff to developers
- A recent qualification in UI/UX Design, Product Design, Interaction Design, Digital Design, or a related field
- A portfolio (academic, internship, or personal projects accepted) demonstrating UX thinking and UI skills
- Basic understanding of user-centred design principles and design processes
- Familiarity with Figma or similar design tools
- Willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Internship, placement, or freelance experience in UI/UX or digital design
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
- Familiarity with usability testing or design research methods
- Interest in SaaS products or B2B platforms
- Exposure to analytics or user behaviour tools
- Hands-on learning with real products and real users
- Mentorship from experienced designers and developers
