About the Role

We’re seeking a talented and versatile Full Stack Developer who can design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications across front-end and back-end systems. You’ll collaborate closely with our global team - including developers, designers, and product leads - to deliver high-quality software aligned with Wobitech’s product roadmap. This is a hands-on technical role that requires problem-solving ability, creativity, and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain scalable, secure, and performant web applications.
• Build modern, responsive interfaces using React.js, TailwindCSS, and TypeScript, ensuring pixel-perfect implementation from Figma designs.
• Work across the full stack: create RESTful APIs, server-side logic, and efficient database structures.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes into clean, accessible, and responsive components.
• Integrate third-party APIs, authentication systems, and real-time features (WebSockets, Firebase, etc.).
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and peer code reviews.
• Debug, optimize, and ensure cross-platform and cross-browser compatibility.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in testing, performance, and CI/CD automation.

Requirements – Essential

• 4+ years of professional full-stack web development experience.
• Strong hands-on coding skills in: Front-end: React.js, TypeScript, TailwindCSS, HTML5, CSS3, responsive layouts, state management (Redux/Zustand/Context API).
• Back-end: Node.js, Express, RESTful APIs, GraphQL.
• Proficiency in Go (Golang) for developing high-performance, concurrent backend systems.
• Familiarity with Kafka or similar middleware for event-driven architectures.
• Experience with Redis for caching and performance optimization.
• Solid understanding of goroutines, channels, and building scalable services in cloud-based environments.
• Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Proficiency with Git, GitHub Actions, or similar CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience integrating front-end and back-end systems, focusing on scalability and performance.
• Strong experience with REST APIs, WebSockets, and GraphQL for seamless API integrations.
• Strong debugging, testing, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working with distributed teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS, or GCP for deployment and scaling.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices architecture.
• Experience with animations, Framer Motion, or modern UI libraries for enhanced interactivity.
• Exposure to SaaS or logistics/transport platforms is a plus.
